John I've pretty much done the same and am in shock at the insane prices being asked for models. I only use ebay now for buying a piece of AM when I can't find it anywhere else. What it once was, surely isn't any more. Keep 'em comin Peter

Phil Good choice for your next build and nothing as good as a Wildcat with all the PE to boot. Any thoughts on markings and no need to worry about dealing with the folding wings on this version, as they were fixed. Will be in the front row all the way Keep 'em comin Peter .

Carl Sure wish they would have included a molded nose weight with the kit as some manufacturers do and make life easier for the modeler. Just seems they added a lot of extra work when it could have been avoided. Keep 'em comin Peter

Carl Thanks for the followup on how you and the pup are doing ... just so glad you are feeling better and have a follow up appointment. Nice progress on the Liberator - bombs and look great on the racks and the gear looks awesome as well. Worrying about her being a tail sitter is a lot of pressure on the builder and not sure if the correct amount of weight has been discussed or listed anywhere. Keep 'em comin Peter

Nick Looking fantastic and thank you for the chisel tip toothpick technique ... going to give it a shot on my P-51, as I always used pointed tweezers, holding my breath, hoping I didn’t damage the plastic under the masking tape. After reading Rob’s post, I thought about the filler cap/gas/oil staining and Rob’s observations are correct. I’ve seen zillions of builds where this is over done and ruins the effect. Thanks Rob Very much appreciated. I'm going to go the full route with the Eduard decals on my P-51 and hopefully the results will be the same as my tests. Which of the new Eduard kits do you have with the new decals? I have the 48th scale P-51D Iwo Jima Very Long Range Mustang and the decals are Eduard with a 6-7-2020 date on the decals, so you will need to check to be sure. Keep 'em comin Peter.
