  1. I always wondered how come you never spill while changing your engine oil.
  2. Harvey , you were there, did you snatch them,,, just to make my life miserable? Confess !
  3. Were they removed in the field? What happened to the reminding 10 %. Anyway I just ordered both sets. LOL Spending moron AM then the kit itself
  4. this is what I mean , by flash deflectors.
  5. Can you elaborate. I want flash deflectors ! ( my knowledge of this type is zero,0, nana, nicht) "No" looks like this
  6. Ok, you cheeky monkeys , do I see flash deflectors on the gun barrels or not ?
  7. what was i thinking….?
  8. Let me say something positive................................................................................................................................................................................ the tail seems to be properly angled to compensate to the propeller inertia pull. You can do it , it is just an unexpected hurdle along the way.
  9. Fantastic details , very clean work indeed. Cheers Martin
  10. position of the open canopy etc.. and the Bowden cable position
  11. ha ha , nice one
  12. Cockpit looks great, I like the relatively clean look of it. Nice to hear about the precise fit. Looks like a well engineered assembly.
  13. Enjoy your special day guys , all the best Cheers Martin
  14. Thank you Peter, my eyesight was declining for a while now, causing me lots of grief. I lost my confidence building especially to work with fine detail. My depth perception is quite distorted, it’s been like waging a war. Denial didn’t help, it’s time to take action.
  15. Decent plastic. I know I know ZM is out with their uber kit, so why to bother with 1/48? Because when you open the box you’re not overtaken by horror caused by over-engineered plastic puzzle. Build thread should follow as soon as I get my eye surgery done.
  16. Small ceramic insulator is visible on the picture, just above the fuselage, in front of the loop. If there was no mast, tge wire would go according the pictures posted above and the insulator would be in different position. but….. it can be also anything else shining in the darkness:)
  17. Middle part of the antenna wire is insulated on both ends. In the rear section iis a drop down lead to the fuselage not so far from the place where the radio lives.
