Getting there Harv. 

I've come across a few kits where they make you slice off rivets or numbers from a sprue and glue them onto other bits. I think I tried it once and gave up. But that was in 1/35 so the rivets were much tinier.

When I was at Hobby Lobby a month ago I picked these up. Insert tube into "spring" and bend. The tightness and flexibly  bends without crimping. Theses made by K&S. $5......HARV

The classic way to do it is to fill the tube with fine grained sand properly before bending, but the coil thing looks interesting.

Nice Harv. I've seen plumbers use these in 'real life' scale to bend copper pipe but never seen them for modelling. $5 seems a bit of a steal. :thumbsup2:
