Carl Hi Carl, mostly yellow. This insulation colour was frequent for electric wiring. But you also see brownish cables, metal woven and other shades. 5 2
Wingco57 Posted April 21, 2020 Posted April 21, 2020 Something tells me you are really enjoying this. 3
Administrators JeroenPeters Posted August 31, 2020 Author Administrators Posted August 31, 2020 Bump! time to continue this stalled build. First paint is on the pit. Trying to match the eduard rlm66 as much as i can: 8
Wingco57 Posted September 1, 2020 Posted September 1, 2020 Completely forgot you were doing this. Good to see some TLC lavished on this anteater. 2

Administrators JeroenPeters Posted September 9, 2020 Author Administrators Posted September 9, 2020 Bought two sets of HGW late luftwaffe seatbelts. I can assemble these blind by now... 8 1
Wingco57 Posted September 10, 2020 Posted September 10, 2020 Those levers look the bees knees. Small items such as these really can make or break a cockpit. 2

Administrators JeroenPeters Posted September 12, 2020 Author Administrators Posted September 12, 2020 Front pit done. The Yahu instrument panel is slightly nicer than the eduard one. Only need to figure out where to attach the seatbelts in the rear pit. Back of seat or rear wall. 7
Administrators JeroenPeters Posted September 13, 2020 Author Administrators Posted September 13, 2020 First colours added to the nose wheelbay. 9

Administrators JeroenPeters Posted September 19, 2020 Author Administrators Posted September 19, 2020 Both pits done. Also finished the bomb bay. In the trainer case a fuel tank was installed but i’m leaving it empty. The middle section is not correct. Neither is the Eduard one. Zoukei Mura is so i replicated it from Evergreen. 6
Administrators JeroenPeters Posted September 20, 2020 Author Administrators Posted September 20, 2020 Dryfitting the upper deck. Not bad for a test shot. 5
Bomber_County Posted September 21, 2020 Posted September 21, 2020 Lovely pits, you make it look so easy........... 1 1
DocRob Posted September 22, 2020 Posted September 22, 2020 You let the RLM66 shine in your pits, if that is possible . Nice work and beautiful detailing on the workplaces. Cheers Rob 1 1
Administrators Clunkmeister Posted September 22, 2020 Administrators Posted September 22, 2020 Jeroen, I can assemble the HGW belts while blind as well. Which is really good, because at my age, I’m pretty much blind after assembling them. Seriously though, it’s nice to see some TLC given to this. It’s looking quite brilliant. 5
