Pretty soon, there won't be much of the base kit left with all these upgrades Special Hobby keeps putting out.

Carl

I fought that kit all the way, especially the cockpit and it’s fitting into fuselage and wing........

Looks like the SH Westland Whirlwind (the one with wings, not an egg-beater above) is (at last :) ) announced for this spring (and in case you are wondering, yes I have already spotted a civilian scheme for it ;) )

The Minibase Su-33 is almost ready for release. There's a test build up on The Modelling News that looks stunning. I'm really tempted by this kit since I doubt we'll see an Su-33 in 1/32.

Yeah... looks very very good!!! Really tempted also!

You’d have to build a new extension to the house to accommodate this at 1/32........

Not at all. It would fit easily on the swimming pool  !

Anyway, water was more the element of the original than air, wasn’t it ? One could even argue that the Do-X was the forerunner of the Ekranoplan ...

Meng has announced a 1/24 Fokker Triplane.

https://aeroscale.net/news/large-scale-fokker-triplane

I wonder if this is an upscaled version of their 1/32 kit?

Hum...<_<

I think that Meng were tooling this for Wingnut Wings, for a never-released 1/24 scale series of WW1 aircraft... as far I know... So this could well be a former never seeing WnW model kit...

Or possibly someone got the scale conversion wrong on the shrink ray and they decided to just release it.
