Thanks Dennis, I usually go but not this year. When I looked at the vendor plan there seemed to be empty areas? Did the swap / buy sub area happen? Thanks for the pics.

Thanks Peter, I’ve got one seam that will not disappear, getting close to finishing the primer…..

The Old Man Blog: ZM Bf109 Update
Bomber_County replied to Peterpools's topic in Modelling Discussion
You have to applaud ZM for their commitment to the subjects they deliver to market. Of course there will be the detractors, but all I say is thank you for bringing great kits and subjects to us. -
Smitty, that’s going to be a big bird 32nd…..

Rob, Not going to the show due concerns over safety, my wife is asthmatic so I have to protect her and not bring anything into the house. Also I reckon my stash is about right at 20, all I probably need are a few top up supplies. Most importantly I am my wife are still alive and kicking so that’s something to thankful for…..apparently one of the larger vendors are also passing on attending Telford this year…….

The Curse of the Dragon - DS-Tracks -
Bomber_County replied to DocRob's topic in Modelling Discussion
Rob, agree with you I refuse to pay for a new set of tracks when sometimes they are the same cost as the kit. To that end I’ll only buy AFV’s with individual track components, ie Magic tracks or systems similar to RFM’s….. -
The Curse of the Dragon - DS-Tracks -
Bomber_County replied to DocRob's topic in Modelling Discussion
This sometimes happens when two dissimilar compounds are in close proximity. I think the compounds leach from one to the other breaking down the molecular structures ie one or both disintegrate. I’m not a chemist but have seen this before. The track will be one compound and the plastic bag another…….I am no expert in the plastics field………… -
Nice haul Rob, next weekend is Telford, that is my usual go to show to spend on. But with Covid and the last eighteen months on reduced salary I’m giving it a miss……

RFM Panzer IV Ausf H (Early)
Bomber_County replied to Bomber_County's topic in LSM 1/35 and Larger Work In Progress
Kevin, I just dropped mine in, they are still moveable so I just opened with a small screwdriver bladder. Not sure if the tolerances allow this but it did on mine . I know what you mean about not a lot is shown but you knows it’s there……I still have half a box of spares. I did enjoy the build but it’s convinced me to never do a full interior AFV…….any new pics? -

That’s what I keep saying to myself……I’ve hit a real hurdle with the ZM 51, just not happy with the NMF……and really want that build to be as good as I have seen you guys create ……. -

Gaz, much appreciated, I did enjoy doing it. It’s bizarre the spraying a plane freaks me out but an AFV no problem…….. BTW……what happened in the T20 yesterday to the Green & Gold…….🤨
