    Neither can I Gaz, so the results are in using Micromask. Flat fuselage glazing perfect, on 1/48 canopies mixed results. The frames are so tiny it’s difficult to control the micromask however thin you water it down. It would be fine on 32nd canopies but 48th results are inconclusive. Hand paint and cocktail stick after may have to suffice….

    Looking great, intrigued that you paint and weather before assembly and completing the model. I haven’t tried building AFV’s that way but can see some sense in doing this way. I might try it myself, The running gear and the weathering of the hull sides is exceptional…..

    Gus, the Chet looks amazing congrats on the weathering, love the rust plus the wear tear. This is what I love about AFV’s and vehicle’s you can go to town on the weathering. Look back at my first finished project I posted on LSM, there wasn’t one bit of weathering on it. It was a Marder IIIH and they do need some. Just need to learn how to weather wingy things…….

    Trying to complete the Ju 88 before the end of the year, I took sometime to work on the Wildcat. Already fell fowl of the copious release agent in ground into the plastic so now washing everything thoroughly. A few in progress shots…….

    Rob the tankette looks amazing, I do like the subtle weathering and residue dust on the fenders, I’d be happy with the figure, I also must try again as they do animate a vehicle…….

    It worked well, I thinned it down with a little water so you can paint it on with a fine brush. Some of the framing is very fine but on the whole a little touch up and it will be sorted. I sharpened a cocktail stick and the micro mask comes off a treat…….

    Great finish, I do like the AK Extreme Metals but you have to have there cleaner to clean the Airbrush. I must review of the ZM 51 as it’s sits now as yours does bar the great finish……..I’ll finish the Ju first……
