I have to admit , I caught a sparrow to it. But you bas see the disrupted snow on the top of the fence. That's from squirrels .

Snap. I was dealing with mold and moisture throughout my career in construction industry number of times. It's a can of worms, especially in humid coastal areas. Good luck Harvey, hopefully you don't have to rip another floor. Fingers crossed. -
x2 I am also very interested, It seems to be a healthy alternative for MPR that are close to impossible to get in Canada.
