  1. It is , wide body all framed up. Getting civilized, cage is out, seatbelts in etc.
  2. This baby is getting some love after ten years of hibernation. tweaking the rear end a bit, some wiring issues, new carpeting, Corbeau seats and some sick 18x10,5 rims in all four plus appropriate rubber. no more racing, just old fart cruising down the lane to pick up his new walker.
  3. To my best knowledge the cockpit was unfinished and there’s only one available drawing of the proposed panel.
  4. Amazing build, I remember seeing these at a surplus lot in Kent back in the day. Together with a bunch of sweet looking Land Rovers. Damn , am I getting old or something Thank For sharing Cheers Martin
  5. Well known pictures, but Im gonna hang it here just in case.
  6. Terrible indeed, I can't imagine similar scenario on a closed up island. Some areas were completely destroyed, ash and bones. I was just passing by yesterday on my way from Vancouver and thought that I would share this carnage. There was still an active fire burning somewhere in the mountains and helicopters everywhere. Just so unsettlingly sad.
  7. Harvey is a very proud USAF vet . He use to load gifts for commies when it mattered, once upon a time in Vietnam
  8. Smart idea, doesn’t take anything from your fine hand brushing abilities.
  9. Looking really good, I like the weathered look of a well used workhorse. Bravo! Cheers M.
  10. What an amazing entry with such a fantastic result, hard to believe it’s hand brushed. Excellent! I wish my sixth kit looked like this. Bravo! Cheers Martin
  11. Nice choice, I’ll follow with interest. And welcome to the forum:) Cheers Martin
  12. I hear you there. I think this 1/16 deviation helps me to stay motivated. I’m using semi-industrial methods, litres of glue and tons of sandpaper , but it’s a fun way how to try heavy hitting techniques without the need to worry about irreversible damage. Everything is big with endless possibilities for detailing
  13. Desperate measures lol im trying to deal with the painfully time consuming parts of the build first. Then there will be joyful time of additional weld beads, wiring hardware etc.
  14. 1/16 T-72 , RmSh single pin tracks. 4 hours of solid work, 95 per side. and the real deal
  15. The propeller blades looks spot on. Fantastic work.
  16. Just a paint. We can blame Paul and the rest who build 1/16 scale monstrosities 😝
  17. 109G6. double chevron, under the ZM wing
