Okay, so thanks to Jim fixing the picture upload issue I'll now have to show how bad my figure painting (and photography) is! This is as good as I'm going to get these and they look better in the flesh, at least from 5ft away, than they do here. My camera is stuffed so these are the best I could get with my phone. The Alpine miniatures commander was definitely easier to paint than the Miniart figures due to the crisper moulding. The shoulder badge on the commander was meant to be the Desert Rats but I've done my best to try and approximate the Bull of the 11th Armoured. So, next step into the unknown is on with the base....

Yes, never had a problem before either with my tablet or PC using drag and drop or add files, so not sure what's changed. Files don't seem to be corrupt as I can view the images on PC, tablet or phone. 🤔😕

Hi all, suddenly found I can't drag and drop photos as I did before. I'm getting an error code -200 when I try it. Anyone any suggestions? Thanks

Hi Mark, you'll enjoy those, the E that I did was a pleasure and the resin parts fitted far better than most of the base Mirage III kit!

Stunning result Gaz, especially on the figures. They're one of the reaons my Comet dio is stalled as my figures look like s**t compared to these and it's a bit of a mojo killer.

Ah, the mid-life crisis killer! Heard too many stories of people (actually us males) of a certain age with too much disposable cash buying these then wrapping them round trees are the road holding and power aren't quite in sync. Looks like a great kit Carl, looking forward to seeing how it builds up.

Very impressive Carl. I can talk you through the physics of the Sterling cycle and engine combustion but wouldn't have a bloody clue about any of the practical side of it. I'm always impressed by anyone who do stuff like this never mind the money it can save you.

Really sorry to hear that Mark. We had to put our cat Tilly to sleep just at the start of lockdown. She was 19 and just lost the use of her back legs, so it was an easy but terrible decision. I hope your family aren't too upset.

Is there any way of getting a temporary spreader in there to push the sidewalls out while the glue to the canopy cures?
