Awesome progress - looking so good. Love the idea of two engines included in the kit, with one being used for display and the other in the Ferrari itself.

Keep 'em comin

Peter

Thanks Peter

The second engine is not in the kit.

Mfh have some engine kits as stand alone model.

This is one that I found second hand

Great progress Mark! The engine is really awesome and will be a nice addition to the finished car!

Did the kit include 2 complete engines ?

The second engine is a kit on it self

Mfh produced a few engines as a stand alone model.

Found this one second hand and found it a nice idee to put a engine  beside the car

So we can see all detail.

Thanks for the info on the second engine but wouldn't it be a well worth addition to the kit, especially kits of this level of deyail and expense.

Keep 'em comin

Peter

Yes it will be but not everyone will be happy for going that route.

The price will be higher with the extra engine.

Just my 2 cents

Agreed but as long as they have the molds made, maybe they could offer the engine at the time of sale as an AM set?

Keep 'em comin

Peter

most off there kits are full detail kits and i think most off the builders off mfh kits love it this way

the have a few proportion kits, these are without engine and so far what i can see there are not that many been build.

Most builders will display the car with every thing open.

And leaving the engine out you have to make other parts to make the wheels fit.

I'm just blown away with each update and how you handle the details - remarkable workmanship.

Keep 'em comin

Peter

Thanks Peter.

I just love building cars at the moment more than a plane.

And the details just take my time to get it good.

You have a thing for extra rivets Mark :D. The dashboard looks great, love the red Dyno type signs for the levers. Are these decals?

Cheers Rob

Yes indeed but in this scale I have to do this.

But on the next update no rivets.

The red dyno tape are decals from the kit
