Look at this Burma's K, it's faded but its there. Hey martin we know for sure that white stripe was not painted by any modeller we know. 1
KevinM Posted November 23, 2024 Posted November 23, 2024 Was on the desk in the cabinet now the other has been sidelined for the moment the part I really wanted to do the painting is done. The Delta Dart F-106 is 1/72 provided by Trumpter a kit I would recommend great fit and Nice decals. The other kit is a SH 1/72 Martin Baltimore MK IV is what I selected your typical limited run injection kit no locating tabs Coastal Command looks cool. The last one I started last night because of Johnny Bravo's Frankenstein and realized HEY we have a sandbox build so she hit that part of the forum. 7

And just for fun with the cowl loosely in place. And the real thing Cheers Dennis Nice work! The camo pattern is perfectly done. 2

That faded blue roundel will be interesting to duplicate - and I had the same idea as Hubert - just cut the white star out of the usual marking - before Martin's excellent research find. Looking forward to the finish here! 2

intheway Posted November 29, 2024 Posted November 29, 2024 Revell re-boxing of the 1/32 Dragon bf110 C7. Wings glued together with LG assemblies done and glued in. Wings are presently dry fitted into fuselage. Using BloorwestSiR's build from another site as my guide. 5 1

I've got another in the stash to get to one day. Carl 2
intheway Posted November 29, 2024 Posted November 29, 2024 I agree, it is an enjoyable build. I also have the Dragon E-2 trop in the stash, although I think I'll be using the Revell instructions for that as the kit instructions look a little sketchy. 1

Beware of the nacelles side panels around the exhaust seems to be mis-numbered in the instructions if memory serves me right had fits with mine just do a little more research, 3

Okay, for some reason Scott's build stuck in my head. So after getting home from the local bar tonight I decided to see if I could knock out a build in a single sitting. So here's the victim. Note the time in the corner. Painted the interior bits. Started on assembly. Assembled completed. Painted the exterior, a simple panel line wash and done! No decals or stickers certainly helped make it work. 10
