BlrwestSiR Posted November 21, 2019 Posted November 21, 2019 Fantastic looking cockpit John. Are those the kit PE belts? They were the reason mine ended up on the SOD before I ripped them out and started over. Carl 5

Fabric belts would probably look better but I decided to go on and use the kit belts. 4 1

Thanks Phil. It's a really nice kit and I'm sure you will like it when you get around to it. 4
JohnB Posted November 24, 2019 Author Posted November 24, 2019 Thanks for the photos Jeff. Always good to have plenty of reference material! 4
Bomber_County Posted November 24, 2019 Posted November 24, 2019 Great pics Jeff. That cockpit looks as tight as you like. Just read a book concerning Mossie night intruders and the author quotes that Mossies built by London Transport were 2 inches wider in the cockpit than ones built by De Havilland. That would send TOS into a tail spin................ 5

Bomber_County Posted November 24, 2019 Posted November 24, 2019 Dare bet “a counter” would be checking to see if they were correctly located in the kit......... 4

BlrwestSiR Posted November 25, 2019 Posted November 25, 2019 Really nice cockpit John. The IP is very nicely done. Carl 4
BlrwestSiR Posted November 25, 2019 Posted November 25, 2019 Here's some pics from EAA this past summer I took. Too bad Tamiya didn't include rockets in their kit and the Aviaeology ones are still MIA. https://photos.smugmug.com/EAA-AirVenture-2019/i-xvJhzRB/0/b431f176/4K/IMG_20190726_135305-4K.jpg 4 2

Great pics. 3
