In honor of the guys that put so much effort into creating the wonderful kits we love. krow113 Posted April 18, 2020 Share Posted April 18, 2020 The problem with WNW group builds is there is never enough time to do a kit justice. Especially if you build like me.... glacial would be the Indy 500 to me. And I will say that since 2010 when I first came on a model forum , I have noticed that forums wax and wane. And sometimes they die. If its their time then that can happen. As far as guys fighting and not liking each other , if you dont like each other on one forum , you wont like each other on another forum. I've been in some fights , I've watched fights. I saw with utter dismay a very good man and exceptional modeller be attacked and his forum had to fold. I'm not the most popular and sometimes i'm even ignored when I offer help or participate. I dont cry about these things because I know it wont do any good . I continue to model and contribute on a couple of forums simply because I get interest in my work. Simple. My order has been "processing" for the better part of a week now. I have a number of WNW kits in the stash; all but the Felixstowe are single seaters. After seeing the box art I decided I would much rather have the 0/100 in the giraffe camo. I was sooo dang close.
