So far so good Bill! Looking at the TV it appears it's going more to the NE now. All I'm getting right now is some wind and a little rain. Power has stayed on but it ain't completely over just yet! Hearing it gust and send crap flying around hitting the house, etc ain't no fun! But, so far so good! 3

VERY glad all is well...... Thanks Jeff. We were very lucky. As far as I can tell there was no significant damage to my neighbors. We have lots of tall trees and they kind of served as a wind break I think. Everyone was really sweating it out though. Never been through a hurricane before! 3

My 1st time to experience a hurricane although in the past we have gotten tropical depression type storms left over from hurricanes. This was really a 1st (and I hope the last)! 3
