  1. Nice review, It's nice to see that it is well thought of as I have one sitting on the shelf behind me ! Cheers Dennis
  2. This is the Hasegawa kit with the new wings with recessed panel lines, though the Revell boxing is more common. Cheers Dennis
  3. I have been dying to buy some more kits but nothing really springs out at me, I only build WW2 subjects and being limited for space means that the bigger kits are not an option. The FLY Hurricanes were an added bonus, roll on the Sea Hurricane I say. The one kit that has eluded me was the Tamiya Mosquito which at over £100 was too rich for me, so when the boss (wife) and I got to the Cosford show this year I said to her that I would only buy one if it was £100 or less, and lo and behold we walked into the first hanger and there on a stand was a Tamiya Mosquito for £100, so I had to take it home. Cheers Dennis
  4. They are nice kits, I've used them as base kits for conversions to Mk.VIII (Paragon), Mk XII (Paragon) and Mk. XIV (Warbirds), as long as you don't mind some re scribing and extra detailing they come out well. Cheers Dennis
  5. Looking forward to this one Cheers Dennis

  13. Beautifully finished, very realistic, and a nice change from the normal schemes that you see. Cheers Dennis
  14. I would be interested in a BPF Firefly Mk I rather than the later Marks, but each to their own and it's nice that this neglected subject is getting some attention at last. Cheers Dennis.
  15. I built the Macchi in the grey scheme, I have another to build so the next one will be different, I was on an Italian kick at the time and built the 109 and Stuka in Italian markings. http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/41038-21st-century-toys/ Cheers Dennis
  16. Nice job, I just love those 21st century kits, I've built the Stuka, 109 and MC205 so far and found them very enjoyable to build, the Corsair so rumour has it is one of the most accurate out there. Cheers Dennis
  17. It's a mad project for us mere mortals but what fantastic workmanship. Cheers Dennis
