Coming! Schatton "Würzburg-Riese" Radar

Asuka has announced the up coming release of the M4 Sherman Composite Hull. Kit #35-034. It is rumored that the first 500 kits will be supplied with stowage from Value Gear. Which I see as odd seeing as how they, Value Gear, are based in Arizona, I believe. Asuka is now what use to be Tasca. Best Sherman kits of any variant was a Tasca kit. Little over engineered but nothing too severe. Have mine on pre-order of course. Expected delivery is in February.

Take care of yourself and heal quickly. Maybe some "bench therapy" might help the process. -
Fun is the key to everything here Gus.

Nice scratch skills. Looking forward to this being completed.

I use JB Quik Weld now instead of epoxy. Not as messy I think.

Yesterday, members of my 2 clubs, Temecula Valley Model Club and Pendleton AMPS, were invited to tour Legends and Hobbies Distribution. They import and distribute AFV, Merit, Takom, Kinetic and others. Also, they do all the molding for Jaguar there on site. Tony Chin, who owns 100% of Merit and and 10% of Dragon/DML let us parouse his warehouse unattended. Kids in a candy store. He also fielded our questions on the state of the modeling world and gave us some interesting perspective on the relationship between Chinese model companies and the Chinese government. We were allowed to grab what we wanted at a 20% cut. I was the cheap there and only bought a few items. Some people there were dropping some serious greenbacks. I scored the AFV NM 116 and some after market goodies. Mike Witous, Michael Urban, Rob Trousas, Jos Peeters, Colin, Yours truly, Phil "Big Daddy" Mathias and Tony Chin.

Congratulations Fran. Must be great to see your work in print.

Have held the temptation for the WWI subjects. Though I do have a Takom Mk. IV Female. Great price, couldn't pass it up. Anyway. Love the German camo on the Whippet.

Member of TVMC built both and says Meng was the better build. But also commented that nothing really wrong with Takom.

One of my favorite Brit subjects. Never has been shown the love it deserves. Your kit is one of the few samples that show how invasion stripes were actually applied.
