  1. This is the Monogram ProModeler (Hasegawa) Bf-109G-4/Trop kit. Used the kit decals and no pilot name was given. Cheers, Jerry
  2. Going to do the same as you did above but as Black 1 of Franz Scheiss. Maybe Marseilles later.
  3. Outstanding build Kai. Love the diorama aspect. I have built that kit but in a different scheme. Still have one in the stash to do as Marseilles bird also. Cheers, Jerry
  4. WOW!! Outstanding build Mike. Looks great,
  5. WOW!!! My first one would have looked like a pile of poop up against your first. Totally outstanding for your first. rattle out of the box. I am humbled. Cheers, Jerry
  6. Thanks Bill. I have several bottles of that glue. Very thin like Tamiya Extra Thin Cement but doesn't set quite as fast. I found this at Hobby Lobby. Same glue as the Model Master bottle just different label and under the Testors name. Has a plastic needle applicator rather than the metal one in the MM. Cheers, Jerry
  7. Jeeze Louise Harv!! Hope you get to feeling better real soon amigo. Jerry
  8. Thanks Peter and glad to see you back. Hope you have a rapid recovery.
  9. Trade you temps Tony. -4 when I got up, 3 now. And a bit more snow than you have. This is real unusual for the Panhandle but usually are colder than the rest of Texas. Suppose to go to -12 tonight.
  10. I'll have to check Hobby Lobby tomorrow. Amazon tends to be way over priced. The old tube glue at Sprue Bros. $1.99 vs $7.99 at Amazon.
  11. Anyone know where to get this Model Master Glue? Everywhere I have checked show "out of stock - no longer available" I am assuming it has been permanently discontinued by the owners of Testors. I really like the metal applicator for small spaces or a long seam to fill. Cheers, Jerry
  12. Finished last weekend was the Hasegawa 1/48 F-4EJ of 302nd TFS. Used Warbird decals, Verlinden resin seats and Master Model pitot tube, otherwise OOB. This is my 20th Phantom. Cheers, Jerry
  13. After 4 great granddaughters I now have my FIRST great grandson, Meet Elijah Jacob Richardson, born today (1/26) weighing in at 7 pounds, 12 ounces and 18 inches long. This is my second son's second son and wife's first child. Mom had to have a C section but is doing fine. Cheers, Jerry
  14. Ernie, That Black Box cockpit is pretty much a direct drop in. I had the one for the "D" and it fit in perfectly. Good luck with the build. I have the "G" on the back burner somewhere in the future. Cheers, Jerry
  15. Beautiful!!!! Outstanding build...

  19. I don’t usually share a lot of personal information on here but after 2 years of pain, numerous doctors appointments, physical therapy, my granddaughter Bridgette finally had surgery this morning to fix her hip dysplasia. She has a long road of recovery ahead of her but she is ready! The doc said everything went great and now is all about healing! She is just 17 and here I am at 80 needing a hip replacement. Pictured here in recovery looking over the lunch menu. She lives in Arlington TX. Cheers, Jerry
  20. Finished this one the weekend before Thanksgiving. Revell 1/48 F-18E Super Hornet of VFA-86 Sidewinders. Quickboost resin seat and Fightertown decals, otherwise OOB. Nothing fantastic on this one. Cheers, Jerry
  21. WOW!! As Penny on Big Bang Theory would say, "holy crap on a cracker".
  22. This is me a year ago with my newly born 4th great granddaughter, Sophie. She was one year old this past Thur. 12/3. Jerry
