All of the above is right on, a buddy of mine who is the Prez of the society of the 1 to 1 Mosquito we are restoring, said it is more about the journey getting to the finished product than the finished product itself...................... I kind of agree with that as well..... for example, some of us, well most of us have the same interests, and it was ( is ) the journey I'm on at the moment of my insane interest in all things fire bomber or air tankers, the journey to get at least one of my ideas to come alive, takes me here, and figuratively to Texas, where I 'met' Tony, and we formed a bonded friendship, and I found out how generous he is..... so that being part of the journey to get to the end is worth a whole bucket of gold to me, new friends and HUGE generosity................. makes me think this world isn't as bad as some say it is.............. just my 2c worth..... -

Very cool build.............. I learned the other day, by sheer accident, that Flettner himself was brought to the USA during operation Paperclip, and became the lead designer at Kaman..................... when I saw that it was an .......... ah duh ........... moment.......... I had no idea.... duh....
