    I have but only one question............ excellent modeling talents aside..... ( which they are , that paint is awesome ) BUT I see ONLY one small glass of Whiskey on the model bench..... no beers, no other shot ?? Snacks?? Actual building going on? ................ I bet it deteriorated to some whiskeys and beers and some good chat ( solid BS 'war ' stories) eh? Seriously gob smacked by your painting skills................. beautiful work....

    Trooper played at my niece's graduation in Langley BC a few years ago... that's where they were hanging out... kind of cool, they have even been here to my little town, a number of years ago... I thought that was cool...

    Hubert........... don't they splice on real ships or did on them back in the day? I'm no expert by any means, but it seems to me that certainly on the larger ships that would be the case........... to me splicing, just adds to the character of the ship.............. pain as it may be to do.......

    THAT'S an awesome story Ernie............... I bet this thread could expand to MANY theme songs and great stories......................... anyone?? Let's see where this can go? AND trooper is still around, too............they play at some smaller venues these days, so everyone can enjoy them...

    That's what my son Tyler said, as he was a Squadron Commander of 5 Leopards in Afghanistan, got into a couple arguments with the bad guys too, and yes supported the US Marines, and I spoke to a US Marine Major, who said they were VERY glad to have the Leopards with them, and felt very safe when they were on the field together, and yeah the firing system is incredible, bounding along at 45 mph over rough ground and get a perfect shot every time !

    I hear you guys, and yeah Rob your song is a tie with the one I posted....... maybe "scaringly creepy', but sad to say I think it is reality for some of us , and if we can't poke a little fun at ourselves, well.... you know... maybe there is a better song out there.... and YES your tune and what you say is TRUE.....

    Greyhound Canada started about 1/2 mile from my house, and they, as you may know, shut it down, up here, NOT one Greyhound bus left in Canada............ sure screwed a lot of small communities up here, but hey who cares, as long as they make their millions, does it matter about the folks who paid to make the company successful and depended on their service?? I guess not.... today, here in Canada a Greyhound Bus is a 'collector's item'.............
