White 6 ton 6x6 cargo truck frame making
Jeff replied to Clunkmeister's topic in D-Day 75th Anniversary Group Build
It's looking good Ernie.....yeah the small air brake chambers are a test aren't they?? -
Well for me the superchargers would be a minor detail and nothing that would stop me from getting one, any chance of some pics and maybe a light review? It would be cool to get an F version, and a guy could build 'Piccadilly Lilly' that the 12 O'Clock High tv show flew...... just for a change of pace...

Thats cool, I well remember when the Monogram 1/48 B 17 came out, my buddy had one..................... it was the coolest thing out there.....................is it that long ago?? How does it look Mike?? I bet even though the old Mongram kit has been the bench mark for many years, this one is light years ahead..................wonder how many Monogram sold over the years?? couple hundred I bet.........

I have no words in my vocabulary for this.....................when I first joined this forum, I 'thought' I was a model 'builder'........... then it became painfully obvious, after seeing the talent here, I reduced my rank to "model assembler"........................ now, I must reduce my rank even further, to just 'model gazer'................... this, and what Peter does is the epitome of VERY FINE Scale Modeling.................... this project is so MUCH more than model making or 'scratch building', it is everything, EXACTLY like the Barnes Wallis went through in making the first design, it ALL has to be engineered and done mathematically , this is so many light years ahead of my skills, and is absolutely mesmerizing, the attention to the finest detail is stunning, and like the others watching this come together, I will be watching with much interest and intrigue for as long as it takes, this is absolutely mind blowingly good............... "Press On" Fidd................. out-bloody-standing !

I'm with you , Phil, but as far as Sci-fi goes, I don't think a guy can beat "The Final Countdown", I really liked that film........... and YES the Thunderbirds were and still are awesome, I'd watch them again in a heart beat even if I am in my 60's................ oh geez did I say '60's"??? Probably why I'm so far behind everyone here.....................

Can this be a WIP so we can watch?? I'd love to see this come together.........................................this would be EPIC!

HUH............... I had a black '86 IROC Camaro, 5 spd stick T-top, had it 7 years, no on EVER sat in the back seat, NEVER saw a gravel road, washed , hand dried, taken for a spin, washed hand dried, put away, had 17,000 KMS all numbers matching when I traded it for my Special order Corvette................ it was a nice car except for the Goodyear Eagle tires, they sucked.................some days I wish I still had that car

Wheel on the left is where it is supposed to be But I heard that the regulations "Down Under" are very strict with regards to changing them over to the right, but if they are considered 'classic' is that still a requirement? We seem to import a lot of Japanese vehicles here in BC at least that are right hand drive, and there are some ' strict' rules they are to follow, like not allowed to pass ( overtake) another vehicle as the driver can't see on coming cars, but ask me if they follow that rule??? Is it the same Down Under?
