Actually Kojo, If you look at EVERYTHING on my signature (apart from the GB banner) it was designed by the same person .... bit of a genius really but don't tell him or he'll have start buying bigger hats.
JUST HOW COOL IS THAT !!! Even got the shadow of the wolf head behind as a watermark. Can you email the original so I don't lose anything copying it directly from here??
Cheers Jeroen. You made an old man very happy. Guess this might even go,into my email sig's as well
Jeroen, my buddy, my friend !! I can't believe you forgot me !!! Don't worry, to make up for it I'll make it a simple request (again)
I'd love a Bf109E but with a Arrow Wolf head on it .... any chance???
Just a thought, It says a lot for Dragon and their obvious desire to make a decent product that we're talking these days of them being at "Tamiya levels".
I will definitely take wa-ay more notice of their new releases in future. The AW Messerschmitt GB also highlighted the quality of the Bf109 and Bf110's to me big time.
That's a great start Dave. Shame about the inserts but a couple of Lego blocks might bridge the gaps. I can't believe how badly they got the dimensions wrong! The ought to be ashamed but won't.
I'd love to see a decent Do-17 in 1/32nd - perhaps with Revell doing the Ju-88 followed by the He-111 and He-219 it would more up their Strasse?
You'd have to stock up on masking tape though
Hmm, I've heard mixed reviews about Special Hobby but nothing about this particular kit. Paulster seems to think it's ok with lots of work so I guess it's a roll of the dice.
Welcome to the GB Erik, my abject apologies for not saying so earlier. I'm really looking forward to this - according to all I've read and seen, you won't be disappointed with this kit.
Some great advice here - thanks everyone, that's answered a lot of my own doubts and questions too.
(There's SO much information flying around these pages I don't know if I can keep up Need a smiley for "My Brain Hurts" !!)
