  4. Mark Our modeling interests change and change again over the years - just build what keeps the juices flowing and peaks your interest. Looking forward to your next update Keep 'em comin Peter

  6. MIke Gorgeous work as always ... simply stellar. Keep 'em comin Peter
  7. Thanks Kai and shall do. Right now, with our home renovation almost done and I have time to work at the bench, I first need to finish my GB build and then the GT40 and then clear the bench for the Ferrari 213T return. I can easily understand how the 312T and Nikki Lauder captured your imagination and was your favorite. I was a tad older then (I'm 74 now) and the same here. Keep 'em comin Peter
  8. Mt Simply stellar work on your Ferrari - just lovin it. I still need to finish both my GT40 and 312T Ferrari after my GB build is completed and if I can come finish either half as beautiful as your work, I'll be all smiles. Keep 'em comin Peter
  9. Kai Amazing work, I'm just blown away. Can't wait to see her all lit up in a dio ... sure will be a sight to see. Keep 'em comin Peter
  10. WOW, your Stug looks fantastic and just keeps getting better and better. Keep 'em comin Peter
  11. MIke Nice start on the Lukgraph Be2C and no doubt, in your capable hands a beauty is in the makings. Will be following Keep 'em comin Peter
  12. Mark So glad to see you're back to slowly working on the Viggen, as she is looking so good. Just take your time and when the juices flow, spend some time with her at the bench. Sorry to see you lost our interest in modeling aircraft and who knows, some day it might return. But I'm willing to bet, your modeling abilities with MFH kits had a lot to do with it. Just enjoy what you build and whatever it is, please keep posting your work here. Keep 'em comin Peter
  13. Alberto Right with Phil and Gus - your Mirage is looking so good. Keep 'em comin Peter
  14. Hi Carl Feels great to be back and all the hassles of a major reno are now over and done with. I've been collecting airliners for a while, as they appeal to my build and finish side of modeling and a nice change of pace. Love to see a photo of the 737 with Simpson markings if you can find it at your parents house. Was it an all yellow aircraft with Homer Simpson on it? Keep 'em comin Peter
  15. John I sure seems as if it took a lot more cutting and fitting then you should have had to do but in the end, you worked your magic and the office looks mighty good in the fuselage . Keep 'em comin Peter
  16. Gaz I'm back just in time to pull up a front row seat and enjoy the journey. Nice start on the kit and thanks for the background bio - helps so much to understand the build/dio and your thoughts. Of course your figures will bring the dio to life and other gem in the works. Keep 'em comin Peter.
  17. Shasa I'm so late to the party but I do have excuse and am just speechless at your work. I can't add any more then what the guys have said: thoroughly enjoyed reading thought your build to this point, with all the detailing being perfectly done. If I had to pick just one area, my vote would be for the engine; brilliant in every respect. Keep 'em comin Peter
  18. John Great choice for your next build and you're flying through it like water over a waterfall. Nice work on shoehorning in the Aires Cockpit - they do look great but as we've talked about before, why is is so hard for them to mold their resin set to even come close to fitting? I know some do fit but the majority I've seen and used, fit was nothing to write home about. Keep 'em comin Peter
  19. Carl Beautiful work and your Cobra absolutely is flawless. Have no fear, as now that you used the Quinta 3D Decals, you're hook for good. Perfect decision on making masks for the sharks mouth and the US ARMY lettering on the tailboom - perfectly done. Keep 'em comin Peter
  20. Gus That's some story and his persistence paid off. Does he have a favorite of all the planes he has flown? Nothing like experience in my book for whatever we do. Thanks so much, I truly enjoyed his story and so glad he made it back into the front office. Keep 'em comin Peter
  21. Lee Very nicely done and an extra bonus for us with the bio - adds to the build. Keep 'em comin Peter
  22. Phil OMG, what a transformation ... first all the masking and I almost couldn't find the Lysander and then the unmasked kit - looks fantastic - you easily have it down pat now. Yup, the key is to thin most paint, light, thin coats and if the thinner doesn't have a retarder in it as does Gunz Self Lleveling Thinner, then a drop or so into the mi; the paint self levels beautifully. Keep 'em comin Peter
  23. Thanks John So glad myself and tickled pink almost all the reno work is done and over with. Keep 'em comin Peter
  24. Martin A Roden kit fall together - I thought that was impossible. Keep 'em comin Peter
