Idea... missing the large scale ships here. ...
Peterpools replied to elmarriachi's topic in Problems? Suggestions? Tell us!
I’ve been following a few large scale ship builds; two 1/200 Trumpeter Titanic kits and a 1/200 Trumpeter HMS Hood. From what I’ve learned the Titanic hull is completely incorrect and the builders had to decide how much each would correct then. The HMS Hood has been spectacular with the addition of the Pontos detail set. i just enjoy watching and following Keep ‘em comin Peter -

John As we use to say back in the day; what a bummer. Yup, completely agree for a new kit the cockpit details should have been a lot better. Keep ‘em comin Peter

Gaz Outstanding results with the oil weathering - light and subtle ... it's there and for me, adds to the depth and feel of the model. Gaz, thanks so much for the tutorial ... I've been struggling with just this weathering effect and am going to give it a whirl on the interior of my P-39 and see how it goes. Keep 'em comin Peter

Mike Right with Jeff .. simply phenomenal work! Keep 'em comin Peter -
Ernie On purchases from Australia (BNA) I've had orders shipped by both DHL and Royal Australian mail, with DHL being very fast but more costly. Orders shipped by the mail took about two weeks and costs were very reasonable. Keep 'em comin Peter
