  1. The 1st model tackled is the excellent Tamiya M6A1 Seiran float plane. This build began in 1999. I have now painted the trolley. I hope to apply camouflage over the coming weekend. Following this build I will attempt to end my entire SHELF OF DOOOOM! Mostly 1/48 scale models and a few 1/32 models.
  2. Owning a car in Sydney is so expensive. I ride the bus. Great machine Ernie.
  3. Cheers mate. However, I am Switzerland. I fly Hawks.
  4. Off topic. Don Bradman is the greatest sportsman ever. So, nya nya nya.
  5. The dog's face says it all.
  6. There are a number of kits I would like, but as I said elsewhere I am running out of space. I do hope to complete kits I failed in the past. The builds at which I failed to complete include the George in honour of Harv, a J2M (I ordered a replacement 1/32 J2M2 last night from Japan, several 109's a Tojo and a Tony. Also my 1/2 finished Spitfire XVI. All will come right.
  7. No worries Hubert. Look after yourselves. You guys are always in my thoughts.
  8. Cheers Gaz. I must stop buying models now. If I were to build my stash there'd be no room for me to sleep in my flat!
  9. I had a similar experience. I also have no problems. When I think how patient people were with me when I was on all those drugs, I can be nothing but grateful. I plan to visit both sites. Happily, my brain has finally cleared. It took two years!
  10. You can buy the meat of those animals in the deli-lama.
  11. I can only imagine what this looks like when seen for real. Stunning.
  12. I enjoyed this thread. Superb build. Thanks for sharing.
  13. Thanks for sharing. Very cool.
  14. Hi Hubert. Thank you. Sir Desmond Glazebrook. I did wonder where everyone went. Glad to have found many of my friends.
  15. Wonderful. Many thanks.
  16. Although we spoke of this in a personal message, I want to add my sincere condolences. I was very saddened to find this thread. You're one of a kind, Harv. You impact the lives of others in a positive way. Certainly mine.
  17. I recently received my 1st WNW kit. I also bought the accompanying book. I am wary of rigging and have been hesitant to buy a WNW kit. This seems the safest bet for me.
  18. A very poor joke, yes.
  19. Your model is very nice. Perhaps a nice case may be a wise idea. I find a nice case helps keep the dust off. Unsure about hale. It may be worth a try.
  20. This is what happens, I suppose, when one dresses as an enemy. Who shot it down? A good thing it landed on highway 101. Had it landed on highway 404 it may never have been found.
  21. I found that advertisement quite demanding.
  22. Oh, the model company is more reminiscent of Dizzy, rather than Charlie. IHTH.
  23. "Of which you speak?" We British are always happy to educate our provincial relatives. I am, as always, glad to be of service. Sir Desmond Glazebrook.
  24. Fat bonuses? Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I will see it stops ASAP!
  25. You have had a bad run, Sir. I hope all comes good soon.
