  1. When is comes to flavor on fins, to me... This is the king! Smoked, fried, or canned... can't be beat!
  2. I just had two roast beef sandwiches... not hungry!
  3. That's all kinds of cra... err I mean amazing! Totally impressive! Gaz
  4. Looks great, Rodolfo! I'm not sure about the white metal on the tools: Although there are many arguments about colors for the jack and other tools, there had to have been some protective finish to combat rust. HTH Gaz
  5. That's tidy looking work Rob. The wheels remind me of farming tractors used in the US before the event of large rubber tires.
  6. What if I have already been calling you insane?
  7. Thanks for your help, fellas! Alas, I've found a feature on the m1919 .30 cal that doesn't exist on the .50 cal: The slots at the muzzle end. Gaz
  8. I love the pickup truck with the multiple rocket launcher. Wonder how they planned to aim that?
  9. Impressive working around such a intricate area.
  10. Buffing with newsprint is a good way to increase sheen, too.
  11. huh?
  12. This thing should have it's own build thread.
  13. Hi Guys, I have a bunch of Master Barrels .50 cal barrels in 1/48 scale that I'll never use. And I need 4 .30 cal barrels (in 1/32 scale) that in photographs look identical to the .50 cal barrels. Mathematically, how far are the two apart? Thanks for your thoughts! Gaz
  14. I built the Tamiya Panther last year... It's the newest Tamiya Panther: This is a nice kit. Good details, but not as anal as Dragon. Fit is excellent, and you can buy Tamiya workable plastic tracks that go with it. BUt it ain't perfect. There is no inner cupola detail. And there are no PE grills inside the kit. I didn't use enough matte clearkote on this one... but this is what mine looks like. The Tamiya kit is the Kursk Panther. As they had a bad and short time there, I limited my weathering. Gaz
  15. I hope it comes here soon!
  16. I'm thinking this F4 jockey was a modeller looking for some detail shots: Anybody got an image of the aerofoil or wing profile for the Tupolev? Where the hell is Mr. Ivan Ivanovich... ain't seen him in weeks! Gaz
  17. Sorry... I can't make myself watch that scene. Even if it is only a movie...
  18. I just watched a 1.5 minute video of somebody's build as it spun around on a turn table, They did a nice job. But! The leading edge of the wing where it meets the fuselage is amazingly bull-nosed. A dedicated enthusiast would want some kind of drawing or great pictures to help them fix that!
  19. Thank you, Rob! It's a great kit with little filling required, so no need to waste a lot of time sanding. And to save further time on the two trouble spots I used CA and CA accelerator to make it even quicker after adding the lower wing. I also used CA and accelerator to glue the fuselage halves together. I also did it all as quickly as possible leaving all other projects untouched. Getting all of that lozenge on was the longest part. But being a simple kit, once the fuselage and lower wing are joined and all of the parts are painted, it's not long in putting it together. Gaz
