  1. Gonna be huge, Chris! I say #2 as well. The paint went down well and the office and surrounds look great!
  2. Good start! It must be ginormous... at 1/35 scale... you just about need every rivet.
  3. Welcome to the party, Guy!
  4. Looks great, Carl. I like the subtle weathering. But when it comes to spaceship weathering... I really have no idea how I'd go about it.
  5. Nice looking work so far, Chris.
  6. Very interesting, Guy. I'll follow along... even though postwar armor is one of my weakest subjects.
  7. Thanks! I had to buy one. None in this part of the world, tho.
  8. Stretchy line is pretty difficult to thread thru... limp. That's one place where monofilament shines. But monofilament has to be heat shrunk.
  9. I've used both EZY line and monofilament... And been quasi-successful with both. I have Uschi-type line by MIG which also works, but is not entirely uniform in thickness and shape. Which turnbuckles did you go with?
  10. To be truthful, Rob.... It's a matter of perspective. My US-raised perspective is mostly influenced by American Cars, British, German, Japanese, Italian, and Korean imports. You would have a different perspective based on your experience.
  11. I’m guessing that’s not stretchy line?
  12. Yeah…. French cars have never been remembered as attractive. The famous Peugeot can’t even try. With all of the buyouts, it’s difficult to know who is responsible for which car. We have Hyundai and Toyota…. Practical, dependable vehicles. Thankfully, neither are as ugly as that thing.
  13. Console lools good, Mark. The Muted colors look right.
  14. I don't know who pisses me off more... Corey or Chumley. I have a 10,000 dollar bike sitting in my carport. Belongs to the missus. Hasn't rode it in over a year. Too modern to interest you fanatics, though. Me... I like four wheeled things. With my impatience and aggressive driving... I'd be dead in a month.
  15. All of the interior looks excellent, Chris!
  16. Awesome work, Peter! Love your painting skills.
  17. I got it second-hand at a model show. I'll put it on a sea base fer sure. I reckon if you did it again, it would look better than the one you did back then.
  18. The ones I have seen for sale seem to be the same nylon-ish stuff as the first roll I bought.
