  1. Remember the first time your bare little thighs landed on sun baked black vinyl seats?
  2. For a certain someone...
  3. Very nice progress, Peter. I love how neat your detail painting is. You're more like a Dutch Master to my Van Gogh...lol
  4. That cockpit looks great, Devildog!
  5. What's a Vova?
  6. Welcome to the Forums, Dick.
  7. Hi Rob, keep up the good work. VEry interesting that you have to soak them in hot water and let them dry.
  8. It's fugly... but keep up the good work! I would treat it like a WWI model. Dry fit. Paint. Assemble. Pray-it-looks-ok.
  9. I won't be using the box art, but I will be using a historical scheme. I haven't decided which one, yet.
  10. I would think them magnets for gunfire... so I think I would stay away, too. I've seen at least one of those pictures in the past. Still, it's good to see more. You never know when a detail or an inspiration is gonna jump out at you.
  11. Thank you, Martin! You must have a staggering library.
  12. Wow! That's excellent! Welcome to the forum!
  13. Looks sharp! And bright! Gute Arbeit.
  14. Thank you Kai. Thank you, Rob! Some good constructive thoughts there. I definitely want to convey a "narrow road" aspect.
  15. Places! Places everyone! It's dress rehearsal time! Never mind the sheen.... Everything will get a matte coat eventually. The base is a 20cm by 20cm mistake I made last year, but since it was the same width as the length of the Panther (minus gun barrel) I thought I'd see what my idea might look like. I think I need a little bigger base. At least longer. It seems a little cramped, but I cannot imagine the roads in Italy at the time were much wider.
  16. Your metal application... minus the spill area... looks pretty good!
  17. My apologies, John I didn't make myself clear. What I meant to ask, was what did you spray over your home-printed decals once they were printed, but before you applied them to the model.
  18. Fantastic build, John! Definitely worth the kitbashing efforts. I like the pitot tube in the nose. Makes it look faster. What do you cover your decals with once you print them? They look nice and thin. I've been using clear lacquer, but am looking for a better option.
