I got my paint laid today Tamyia lacquer "Light Sand",Tamiya "RLM78" next two acrylics Tamiya "White" and AFK "RLM04".I did not go pre-shade on this one optioning out on a post shade how much still to be determined .I did my usual fast pace thin lines within panels splotchy like and then a general spray from further away to blend. The LS on top is splotchier than the pics depict.I plan to do a panel wash for sure what comes next is in question.

About the same on the rain about 3"+ winds about 40/45G seen rain storms do more.

Looking good John I am getting there glass masked today and fitting the flaps tonight then join the wings.I am not a fan of the of the deployed slats I cut and fit tight one not so much but filler is drying as I type,I guess no weather in your neck of the woods?

Thank Peter was hoping to get some work tomorrow done but it looks like I will have some wind to contend with

Sounds like a good trade to me Ernie and happy for ya get it going and into the skies.

I wrote this earlier Chris but removed it thinking being to critical.Since the colors upstairs are going to be darker lay down the same brown in the seams and when you start to paint do the inside of the panels first. The paint is thin the pressure 12/15psi and being laid down thin.I have a knob on the back of my Renegade I can set for the draw if you have something use it.The gun is always moving inside the panel and do not go for 100% coverage once you have a few panels done start going over the seams to your liking it will take more paint. It's just the opposite on a light color like the bottom seams first then the panels.

Looking pretty good Chris I may be wrong because Hasegawa did also calling out the O2 regulator as RLM66 but boy I see alot of them in the full baby blue like and there accompanying lines?I did not both accentuating my radiators figuring with dropped flaps..now the oil cooler with get a touch-up. Keep on rock'in you're on a roll to cross as #1.

It's better than the solid sand Mike for sure. Thanks Peter hopefully the model gods let a presentable piece of effort to be produced....did I just say to much Quintas made it right Martin even though I re-glued that strap putting it in ..... Again thanks for looking in fellas "A Tempest" follows this one waiting on the Quintas and Hobbynuts to provide their usual quick service.

The fuselage has been closed up to which the Quintas made a Nice impact.I am really as time goes on I am wholly acceptable to using the Quinta belts it's just to easy and basic effect is achieved in 90% of my builds. The Quintas also left me with a partial amount to go do a G4 on out for the IP and basic floor bits.... mind you I used a G2/G4 kit since the F model seem to not be in production.I also had to determine what was the correct seat for this build while Hasegawa says use the high back seat a friend on another forum had the instruction manual low back is the answer. The LB seat made attaching the belts much easier ti replicate a drape.
