  10. Is it a safe queen or do you shoot it Martin? If it's been to the range what kind of accuracy you get at what distance?I shoot open sites exclusively the G43(scope) is a queen.

  17. Thank You Rob knowing you yours will look better. That was the whole goal from the start Martian and I think I got pretty close to the photo of the plane in flight down to the bolt heads and the exhaust stain.Notice to Martian came out better then the 109 oil staining on the prop and the nose.
  18. Thanks Guy! I did too the R/LG took apart put back together still just a tad short wing dip.I used the flat wheels luckily and glued a .020" shim to the bottom was all it took to get the wings level.
  19. Thanks Carl she is ready for inspection
  20. A challenging build for certain guys loosing LG parts L/R issues with the paint and such but maybe the good Lord was steering me?I think I learned some new things along the way and getting more comfortable with other techniques.I have appreciated all the likes and comments in the build thread it helped to keep focused. Now for some pics ....last pic yes I almost forgot the tube.
  21. I had one(plastic) with a can of Propel boy did those go fast(cans) and expensive I was like 12/13
  22. That's some Nice paint and execution Martin but.....I searched all over the intranet and I could not find a Lockheed YB-555?? you little devil
  23. I still need to glue the rockets in,fix two rockets back to the hanger and weather the hanger with the rear wheel.I say I have maybe another hour or two.
  24. Thanks Mike I do to except the R/side something in the back of the mind though...maybe. I appreciate that Chris Florrys kinda blends things well. Thanks for the Kudos Hubert! I need to figure it out Rob maybe I need to wear gloves?I honestly think it may go to a bit more paint and a longer dry time? I have had that same comment over at MSW just perfection needed from here on out Thank You!
  25. Well I am hot/cold on this one some parts I like some I hate the r/side being a hate on the fuse maybe just not enough silver it's so temperamental.I like how the wash just kinda blended things getting somewhat better on the landing gear.I can see another one of these in the future but the dart 106 I have going is going to get more layers of silver and a longer dry time I get impatient. Baby steps.
