    Nice. I like the engine detail. Would have been great when the elevators and rudder were separate, but that's an easy fix. I know the V1 well and see a lot I like.

    Yes I’m sure... too fragile for transport. Also made a mistake Cees pointed out to me. The camo pattern should not extend towards the rear turret. Correction time!

    Small progress. Tested the camo masks on tge tailplanes. Added some panel line wash. Next: matt varnish and pencil scratches in lighter tones.

    Quite like the detail in the turrets. I can really see them detailed up a bit and painted.

    Small progress. Slowly building up the dark in various mattes shades...

    Cut out and sanded all the resin CMK bomb doors. These are far more accurate than the trumpy ones. And less work than the eduard ones... And first paint is on! Black with a hint of grey to tone it down. Slowly building it up...

    Blending in the photo etch escape hatch frame. Replaced the fuselage landing approach thingy (cees?) with rod and metal tube.
