1/48 MiG-29-13. GWH

Well, I’m calling it done.

I did tons of embarrassing mistakes as I was rushing trough. Kit is more less out of the box with the exception of the Master static dischargers.  PAINted with the AK real colours lacquers. Decals were mixture of what I had on hand. 
Big thanks to Ernie for the kit and for organizing this group build and all of your support along the way.

I have no idea how I missed this post - has to be a senior moment. Absolutely topflight work and the weather is brilliantly done.

Thank you for the kind words Peter. This really is the most accurate kit of MiG-29 in any scale. I only altered the length of the main landing gear, dropped the slats and slightly reworked the intake channels. Other than that, it went together without too much trouble and as I said above if I didn't rush and followed the instructions  :), you know the story .

Next in line will be Su-27, again in 1/48 scale. This time  in the "classic" blue /grey Soviet scheme, missiles and all.

A Ukrainian beauty Martin with a great 'blended in' appearance. The Mig looks very close to the first pic, what more can be said.
BTW: Harsh sunlight and heavily cast shadows ruin every photo session

Thank You gentleman, you are all very kind.

However this is 6 feet model, looks good from 6 feet and as soon as you cross this distance, you might notice all the booboos. It is on display at the local hobby store and apparently people like it. But , Canadians are way to polite , they will lie point blank to your face to make you feel better.

I missed it too Peter and in my case it is definitely a senior brain lapse moment.

I just saw this too.  We are our own worst critics, Martin.  I know YOU know the flaws, but looks terrific.  I'm seeing great weathering, the insignia fading is lovely and I wish I could dirty-up a plane as nicely as you do.  People must love it in your LHS!
