In the UK FEDEX pay the highest rates per drop (  did in 2017) , and therefore get the best drivers ....Herpes ...sorry now EVRI pay the lowest . Go figure.

Oil based.  That wood was soooo dry.  According to the website 2 gallons should have been more than enough. I went through 4 gallons and still need one more to finish the steps. 
House was built in 2007 or 2008.  Looks like nothing was ever done to it.
