One will be built splayed open, the other built buttoned up to match the NASM Uhu. Holy crap what a big box! Its packed tight with spures

Whats a kit without AM stuff. Brass cannon, metal undercarriage, weighted tires and PE for interior. Also some stuff for my Ta152.

Might start one of these early '14.

Wow that must have been a lot of $$$!!

Did you get it from LuckyModel?

Nice one Andy

That was off eBay right?

Yep, from Bob in Poland, fast shipping and nicely packed. Probably get the Tempests and Buckeye from him too.

Not mine sadly Rog, although I wish those were indeed my supplies. I do have the tiny Tamiya swabs in my box which are pretty amazing but, being Tamiya, outrageously expensive :)

Dave, I noticed that the swabs are from Gaia - Alex Glass mentioned Gaia to me recently; I'd never heard of Gaia paints etc but Alex rated them very highly. Have you used their paints? If so, what are they like? (I know you'd find it very difficult to source them outside of Japan) but if Alex rates them then my ears prick up in notice.

Hi Grant, Gaia paints are available here in Hong Kong. I haven't used much, but my humble opinion.. their flat clear Ex-04 is very good - I use on a regular basis and it comes in a useful 50ml bottle. They have a range of metallics which look v. promising - I picked up the no. 123 star bright duralumin for some experiments with bare metal finishes.. Tim

Got this, so all the attention went to this... Shown on 29/6 and 23/8. More than tripled her weight.

And I got this, my 2nd prize from the Arrow Wolf Messerschmitt Group Build, the Trumpeter Me 262A-1a. Found this nice scheme, like it...!

Love this scheme George; very nice and clean looking too.

Mocha's definitely getting larger .. either that or your ruler is shrinking  :D

I blame Matt (Doogs) and Dave!

USD$35 @ Amazon

Just in case ...... I got a feeling that if you look at Arrow Wolf for some gun bay details or cockpit interior sets for the F6F-3 then you might just find them  ;)

Matt...I almost grabbed it online but lately the LHS has been picking up mainstream releases....they're usually a little over-priced but

I figure that's the cost of immediate gratification :) Plus when you add shipping and possible duty/taxes it can add up.

This one was even sweeter because they had it listed at $54.95 CDN but I had a coupon for $25 ...well not a coupon, it's a loyalty

program at my LHS,,,after you buy $250 worth of stuff they give you a voucher of $25...I had one from when I picked up the

Tamiya Corsair...it gave me a bunch of points.

Oh and they had the HKM B-17...a few years ago there's no way they would have had that. The box on that sucker is _huge_ a bit

bigger than the Z-M He-219

VERY nice one Jeff!  B)  B)  B)

I "need" to get at least 2 of those ;) , but cannot find it anywhere in UK / Europe at moment

the E-3 is available for £35 free shipping from a UK seller

however the E-7 is similar priced but from HK, and I will not risk paying another £10 to the thieves  :2guns:  at the Royal Mail and Customs - so i would rather go without for the time being i am afraid

That and once these sell, they're almost impossible to find. So better safe than sorry maybe.

very good point Matt

Hiya Nick ...

I bought my E-3 from here:

http://www.modelhobbies.co.uk/shop/cyber-hobby-messerschmitt-bf109e3-3222-p-45006.html

and apparently he has a few more in stock :)

and my E-4's (two of 'em) from here:

http://www.netmerchants.co.uk/product.php/17316/messerschmitt_bf109e4_wing_tech_series

Well ... I bought 2 and they still have stock, so go figure!!

Both in the sub 35 Pound mark (of course, I didn't pay VAT either - which is a bonus!) ... and both stores have no servicing issues as far as I can tell - I bought, they arrived!!

Got my Revell Bf109G and a Ju88A-4 from the top one also!

Cheers

Rog :)

What's actually going to be in that boxing that isn't in the E-4...?  Obviously there won't be a turbo intake dust filter. Maybe you could get one moulded from someone who has the kit already (which I don't by the way).. Just in case you can't find one...
