Even though they worked hard with subsequent versions (Voyager, Deep Space Nine, The Next Generation, and even with Scott Bakula) to make it suck. 1

To me, The Next Generation is as good as the original. Patrick Stewart made that series, and if I was doing he casting, I would have never in a million years cast a noted Shakespearean actor in the role of the Captain. But someone did, convinced Patrick Stewart to do it, and made the best of the bunch, IMHO. Every bit the classics as I he original series. The takeoffs from Next Gen were, to me, poor attempts that fell way short. 2

Ryan Posted January 19, 2019 Author Posted January 19, 2019 Nah keep it going, I love Star Trek.....even made my own phaser 1 back in high school. (I didn’t get many dates) The Orville is a really good show in the spirit of Star Trek if you haven’t caught it check it out. Ryan 3
