I just hate a disorganized workbench, and this one’s driving me insane. Plus, that Panther has been languishing for over a year and it’s high time to get with the program.

I find it funny that they make a huge deal about 109 bulges, yet here is a Spit with huge-ass bulges.

Yes indeed, It is a gift from William, Matchbox kit with a bunch of goodies. Pretty wild ride as you already know :)

For all the grief the kit gets, it can build up into something decent.

If Happiness is a warm gun, than close up is getting all of your masks up without paint lift.

Painted with MRP lacquers.   Eventually I'll sand the mottle to get rid of some overspray.

Thank you!  it'll look even better after a bit of wet sanding.

You got it, Marine!  Once you start spraying this, you'll wonder why you open another pot made by somebody else.

is that 1/48 scale Revell ?

Yessir, it is.  It even had '1978' in raised letters under the belly.   But if you have one... Throw  it in the bin and buy Tamiya.

Doing a bit of a reorganization of my bench so it's slightly worse than usual.

At least it's only paints and supplies on it.

I've moved the paint racks to the side of the shelf with my reference books on.

According to FedEx, my order from Arttystation is supposed to arrive today which is what precipitated the reorganization. I'm hoping to end up with more bench space that I can clutter up :D

Carl, one word of warning, install drawers last. When attaching the units together with the pegs, 2 things. Some pegs will be to small. Dont worry, they give you plenty. And after attaching the units make sure your pegs are flush. You may need to cut them. If they stick out the sides, they will interfere with closing drawers. Dont ask how I know.......harv
