JohnB Posted August 26, 2019 Posted August 26, 2019 As most of you know I love those Tamiya Corsairs. After the arse busting build of the HB P-61 I need this fun build. So here's a shot of some of the progress on the cockpit. This is the F4U-1A kit which I plan to do as Marion Carl's a/c. 7
Administrators Clunkmeister Posted August 27, 2019 Administrators Posted August 27, 2019 So by the weekend you’ll be done. Do you delay the choice by three days. John, I’d say an HPH L-39 would be just the ticket........ 3

Administrators Clunkmeister Posted August 27, 2019 Administrators Posted August 27, 2019 Or a KITTY HAWK P-39 would be right up your alley... That kit kicked MY arse 3

That kit kicked MY arse I agree that it's a PITA to build as the one I built a while back had a very high cuss factor. I started another one a couple of months ago but lost interest and put it on the "to be continued at a later date" shelf. LOL 4
Bomber_County Posted August 29, 2019 Posted August 29, 2019 I reckon Ernie’s right, finished by Saturday, sprayed, weathered and decals applied late Sunday night........ 3
JohnB Posted August 29, 2019 Author Posted August 29, 2019 LOL Don't bet the household budget on that. 3
