  1. Kits, where are the kits? Those cars, now that is a problem. I will take them off your hands, no charge,
  2. Now, THAT, is how it's done. Fantastic build.
  3. RIP.
  4. Oh, I see what you did there!!!
  5. Brilliant. I might ave to that route as well, the new Border models 1/32 is way out of my price range. This lookd like decent piece of kit.
  6. Looks awesome, but you missed a spot.
  7. Ok, lets go back to basics, Which parts are you missing from which kits?
  8. Sad to say, but after South African Postal Service, Royal Mail is about as low as you can go, but UPS and USPS have accepted the challenge and proved "you can do worse" BUT, let's be honest. Since the pandemic all shipping has gone to the dogs. Example, I can buy a 1/32 Tamiya kit in Japan at 50% of the price than anywhere else, sadly thery are forbidden to mail anything larger than a letter. Seems like the Covid-19 virus is too large to fit in an envelope.
  9. We should hava a name and shame thread, to help other members avoid the same issues going forward.
  10. From what I have read, the major influence was the arena that they were deployed, also the year of manufacture played a major part. Availablility of resources to make the required paint had impact as well. I dont have a link to the article, but if you Google you will find it.
  11. That is excellent. I have a fear of building helicopter for some reason. Yours is brilliant.
  12. Rest in peace. Strongs to his family, not an easy time.
  13. Wish I can do mine justice like yours. It's sitting on the shelf, shouting at me. Very well done.
  14. You can be very happy with that, looks superb.
  15. WOW. That is something else.
  16. What a brilliant build. You would think that I would have built every version of the Mirage there is as I am South African, but alas, I haven't. Need to fix that. Well done Alain.
  17. Looking good. I have an ICM HE-111 lurking in the stash. I just need to knuckle down and start building again. I will be using this thread as a reference for sure.
  18. Good going Peter. Glad you are back and treating us with an exhibit of your awesome skills.
  19. That is an inspiring paint job Martin. Well done man.
  20. Thanks, they are number 1 on the list.
  21. Hi Guys, as asked on LSP as well, our first grand child is due in September, and as my daughter now lives in Toronto, we wish to fly over and be there for the great occasion. Why not take the opprtunity and visit a decent hobbyshop? Any recommendations in Toronto? Hopefully one with a website so I can browse and "plan" a side budget for a bit of a spend. Please share and post links if you can. Oh, and it's going to be a boy!!!
  22. And a link to where you ordered from please.
