  1. Thanks Gaz A bit tedious to do but once I got going not to bad. Comparing them to building, painting and weathering tank tracks - a piece of cake. Keep 'em comin Peter
  2. Harv Awesome and now you're set to go Keep 'em comin Peter
  3. Rob A brilliant "summer project" build and what a spectacular finish. I'm glad you approached the problems as you did and if it was me, I hope I would have chosen the options as you did. One gorgeous aircraft to add to your display. 🏆🏆🏆 Keep 'em comin Peter
  4. Thanks John Finished all the air brush work a few minutes ago and now now it's onto the final portion of the build and the finish line. Keep 'em comin Peter
  5. Thanks Mike I'm getting there and I can see the finish line coming up. Keep 'em comin Peter
  6. John Just saw your update on the Corsair - good call Keep 'em comin Peter
  7. Kev Most important of all - everyone is safe and sound. Keep 'em comin Peter
  8. John Good call and a perfect way of working. Keep 'em comin Peter
  9. Kev Thank goodness you're alright and have electric. I feel horrible for all those that are suffering from the hurricane. The sound bite is beyond belief and absolutely terrifying. Peter
  10. John Just take your time and go slow. Waiting for the AM and not rushing things is absolutely the way to go. You could always work on a build you have on hold, if you have one. Keep 'em comin Peter
  11. Phil Glad to see your ZM P-51 is back on the back and under way again. Not sure about the canopy and not being an expert on Mustangs, I would assume, in the field, canopies might have been switched. personally, go with what you like, as it's your kit and you're the only opinion that really counts in the long run. Keep 'em comin Peter
  12. Phil I checked out Maru's link on LSP and the pics of the kit are tremendous - looks unreal and I can't wait for mine. Keep 'em comin Peter
  13. Carl Thanks you so much for all the photographs, lots of work in taking and posting. 🏆 Keep 'em comin Peter
  14. Phil Also a good choice as variation keeps the juices flowing Will be following which ever kit you pick Keep 'em comin Peter
  15. Mike Terrific work on the kit engine - love the details and realists finish Keep 'em comin Peter
  16. Thanks Mark for the link Keep 'em comin Peter
  17. Harv Nice start and just take your time, as part clean up isn't the most fun part of a build. Keep 'em comin Peter
  18. Ernie Nice progress on your Buffalo and I can see some color modulation on the ailerons and some on the fuselage and wing panels as well. I'm not a big weathering guy and don't knock yourself out trying to over do it, as less is more. Looking mighty good Keep 'em comin Peter
  19. Carl Nice work on working out a plan to deal with the fit issues and then carried it out perfectly. Keep 'em comin Peter
  20. Mark Neat, clean and meticulous work. Along with both Kai and Carl, only adding 38 rivets must seem like a walk in the park. Keep 'em comin Peter
  21. I'm gathering the same but it's going to a ton of fun and about the same number of builds going on in various forums. I'm willing to bet, Jetmads never expected sales to be like this. I just followed Maru's link to LSP and some pics of the kit: OMG ... looks fantastic. Keep 'em comin Peter
  22. Thanks Maru for the link. My kit is ordered along with a set of DN Masks. Keep 'em comin Peter
  23. Bill Happy Birthday - even if I'm a day late Keep 'em comin Peter
  24. Carl Mr Bond would surely be happy as the two kits underway on your bench Keep 'em comin Peter
  25. Ordered the DN mask set and also the HPH Two Pack Resin Epoxy (thanks Hubert). I purchased two sets of the resin epoxy as I'm hoping to buy the Ouregon, Phantom and the B-47( 1/48 scale which has me doing cartwheels) when they become available. Looks like 1/32 scale is exploding and then there are the SB Phantoms - there goes my modeling money for a long while. Keep 'em comin Peter
