  1. John Awesome work on the front office and I can't believe the progress you are making ... Holy Cow, the P-40 is already togetehr and I'm still polishing plastic on my Corsair. I'm surely in need of self banishment Keep 'em comin Peter
  2. Mark Yikes, what a job to remove and then add new rivets. Back in the day that use to be a job for : Rosie the Riveter. Glad to admit, it was even before my time Keep 'em comin Peter
  3. Bill The front office is looking real good and very busy. Woodwork looks great Keep ‘em comin Petet

  5. Ron G Sweet! Beautiful detail work Keep ‘em comin Peter
  6. Ernie Yup, the good old days way before the ‘T’ grouping and always a challenge finding where all the steam gauges were hiding. A scan was more like an adventure Peter
  7. Mark Seats look mighty good and surely look old and beaten Keep ‘em comin Peter
  8. Carl great. How about a mini rebiew and tutorial, as I’m starting to chomp at the bit. Petet
  9. Rick WOW, gorgeous work; a gem to follow Keep ‘em coming Peter
  10. Rob Aces on a the start of your NFM - looks fantantastic. I’m strictly in the AK/Alclad camp and love the effects and aluminum shade variations that can be achieved. It’s finally sunken in my block head that the gloss finish under the AK is as important or maybe even more important than the AK itself. For a gloss black base, after trying every gloss black paint and gloss prep: Mr Color Gloss Black .. dries fast, hard smooth as silk and will help yield a super aluminum finish Mr Color gloss Medium Gray .. same deal but the aluminum AK on top is a lot less polished and a great base for a more weathered/anodized look. Foil - fantastic and realistic but a ton of work compared to AK Keep ‘em comin Peter
  11. Gus might even change the earth’s orbit Peter
  12. John Thanks for going back to the site and bringing us to date. I also deal wrh a few sites that list items in the same manor: in stock or available and the available is just what you said, it’s available but not in their inventory and a time frame to ship is given. I’ve jumped the gun more then once myself. Peter
  13. WOW ... beautiful detail work on the interior. Keep ‘em comin Peter
  14. John Nice choice of kit and subject - so historically important. Now I understand the question about Kitlinx Keep ‘em comin Peter
  15. Mark Nice work on the windows - perfect fit. Keep ‘eM comin Peter
  16. Carl IP looks great and thank you for the tip of using ACC Gel. I’ve been using Gallery Glass for years but the results were always nearly the same as Future Kerp ‘em Comin Peter
  17. Nothimg seems more unprofessional then not responding to an email from a customer. Our first thoughts are not positive and then to find out the kits are not in stock when the site said they were. It’s a very competitive business and small things add up Peter
  18. Ade posted the catalog a few days back on the Modeling News and thank goodness in 32nd scale. both the the TDB Devastator and the F-100F are still listed. Has to be some kind of record for listing kits for a future release and the future has come and gone so many times Peter
  19. Thanks Drifter Much apprfeciated Peter
  20. Ernie Now that's a plan Peter
  21. Holy Cow, just a brilliant build Keep 'em comin Peter
  22. Rob I switched to AK Extreme Metals a few years ago and just love them. Tough as nails and grips the primer as if it was glued on. Peter
  23. Tom Great to see you on board ... what a project and will be following every step of the way. I couldn't really appreciate how big the Sunderland is until you were holding the two fuselage halves together: GIGANTIC might come close. ! Keep 'em comin Peter
  24. Peter Brilliant work and as alway, leaves me speechless. Keep ‘em comin Peter
  25. Carl Terrific progress on ths seatbelts ( best way of doing them without the carpet monster getting his fair share) the now your start on the IP. i’ve been following your discussion with Ernie regarding the kit instructions and what a disgrace! How many people have bought the kit, been frustrated to the point of boxing it up and shevling it? I’m sure a good number. I'm firmly convinced most modelers just build for relaxation & fun, follow the instructions ( maybe) and don’t belong to forums or do google searches. Just a shame a good kit can have so many instructional issues. Keep ‘em comin Peter
