Ok guys here’s my builds for 2019.......Back last January Dave J posted a thread headed New Year Resolutions and I thought how many stalled projects have I got and need completing. The was the list......... M3A4E8 Panzer III G Male IV Fw190 D9 - 48th Marder III H Matilda Tamiya Birdcage - 32nd SH Tempest V - 32nd LRDG Chevy Sherman M4DV I completed six out of ten and here they are in order......... Dragon M3A4E8 Sherman Dragon Panzer III G DAK Takom Male IV Dragon Marder III H Tamiya LRDG Chevy Dragon M4DV Sherman In-Progress are the two new builds for the GB. Both to be finished before the deadline...... Tamiya Tiger I Late.......... Tristar Sturmpanzer IV Early So Matilda, FW190 D-9, Corsair and Tempest to complete. It’s been an armour fest this past year. Going to double down on some aircraft this coming year. Have now a number of 32nd aircraft awaiting. Happy and prosperous New Year to all......and healthy one......

It’s to cold in garage, also wife is asthmatic. So pure acrylics are perfect.........thanks

Thanks Smitty, did consider the Iwata range as well but cost prohibitive. I think it’s the nature of the beast using acrylics......what’s the “smell” factor like on MRP, it’s a lacquer acrylic isn’t?

Thanks Ron, good to hear that Vallejo will work with the H&S. I’d love the Infinity but cannot stretch to spending around £220 ($290 approx). The Ultra comes as 0.2 & 0.4 as set for around £90 ($117) may consider that instead but price is creeping up.........

Thanks Rob, I watched FloryModels review on the Ultra and he liked it. My cheap Chinese brush has the same problems as you described with acrylics, so not sure now if the Ultra is the right one now? Does the Infinity do the same. I only use acrylics now. FloryModels suggested a pinch tip so you can clear the needle easily, wonder if this all related. Thanks again Rob....

Hope some can advise on this subject. Around 2 years ago I bought the ubiquitous compressor and airbrush combination. The compressor is great the brush is rubbish (or I am) anyway been looking at the Harder & Steenbeck Ultra 2 in 1 Airbrush [V2.0]. Being on a budget due potential redundancy this to me looks decent brush. Also now having more time I am using an airbrush more and more. Hope someone can shed some light or suggest alternatives...........

The man in the red suit delivered a ZM Mustang IV P51D/K ......... it’s unbelievably gorgeous, ok this is my first ZM at this scale but just wow.............At Telford this year The Old Man described their approach as getting as close to the original as possible in scale. Cannot wait to start this one.......
