  1. There and....................gone!!!
  2. We're off to Canada's Wonderland (a big amusement park) tomorrow so they can get their fill of faster, further, how long is this line anyways?!!!? Then we'll see about the driving lessons Carl
  3. Maybe we'll get the Chinese version of the Flanker instead? That, would be interesting... Better yet, have someone dust off and update the Arrow blueprints and build what we should have gotten all along. Carl
  4. I think that'll buff out. Otherwise that's a fantastic drawing Martin! Carl
  5. Stay safe guys. We're mostly just getting rain but there's enough of it east of us that there's been some bad floods. Ottawa has declared a state of emergency and so has parts of Montreal and other towns in Quebec. Carl
  6. I think the instructions refer to small toggles and switches rather than the much larger throttle levers. Looking at the photos that Peter posted on LSP of the completed PE fret, the throttle levers are in the middle of the sheet. To me, it wouldn't make sense to change it. Carl
  7. The seats are looking good Harv. Don't be afraid to ask for spares if you need any. Carl
  8. Thanks Gaz, one more tool to add to the wish list. I can see plenty of uses for it. Carl
  9. I had a minivan once. Bought a new '97 Caravan back in the day. Didn't have kids or a wife at the time but did have a bunch of mountain bikes which were worth more than the van was (priorities and all) and friends who mountain biked.
  10. Usually it's a really big bright sphere in the sky. Most artistic representations of it are yellow, with occasionally a bit of orange. Glad it wasn't a flesh wound.
  11. For Martin, it did on the weekend. Maybe Jeff too. Still waiting here in Toronto. Carl
  12. As for CF-100 and -105, I only have the Clunk as a 1/72 vac kit. Never built a vac so may have to try. Carl
  13. The decals looks fantastic. I had emailed Mike about upscaling the decals as well so I'm glad he did them. I'll definitely be picking up a set. Hopefully I can get a set of FM 104 as well since that was my neighborhood plane as a kid. Carl
  14. I think that's more than adequate there Ernie. Looks just like in the pic. Carl
  15. The belts look good Harv. They can be a bit of a pain can't they? Carl
  16. Welcome aboard! I haven't actually see too many Mossies built. I've done the Tamiya and HK ones and have another Tamiya to convert to a Tse Tse. Yours has come out really nicely. How did you find it compared to building the MFH Mclaren? As for your user name, here's my Tamiya Seven from a couple years ago. Carl
  17. Damn, where'd summer go?
  18. Cool. I keep thinking about getting one for cleaning my airbrush as well. Any pics of what it looks like? Carl
  19. Actually I thought ahead on that one. They each have their own sprue cutter, sanding sticks and brushes. Unfortunately they've been swiping my cement.
  20. Thanks for the link Jeff. I'll have to take a look see for a pair of those.
  21. Happened to my roommate. He was thinking of getting a new car and his fiancé said it was her or a car. He came home with a new Mazda the next day. He didn't like the idea of ultimatums.
  22. Yup, I've already gotten complaints there's no for them to build. Might have to get them a small bench of their own.
  23. This pic is from a couple years ago. It's when my wife briefly considered one for our family car. She figured since they could buckle up Thier seatbelts on their own a Challenger would be fine. Changed her mind when she saw the mileage. Maybe we'll try again in a couple years... Thanks Harv! They play the odd game but we've managed to limit their time on tablets and what have you. With some recent studies having come out on the impact of mobile devices and TV on really young kids, we're kind of glad too.
