This will be cool Chris will be walking this one along with ya.I have this kit in my stash also when time comes will be silver but methinks like you need to start another floor cabinet first.
-
Well this is about as far as I am going with the interior. The Kits World 3D decals are let's say this is my last set they work but Quinta is light years ahead these have a very bright white outline you have to paint.I never looked for belts again just FI I am aiming more for the exterior than anything.

I did the same thing on a Ki-61 a couple months back John but why build and paint to the end to be incomplete?

Well lets see the final on the project Martin if he goes wooden legs them we p/u some cedar it's cheap in my neck of the woods.

Looking Really Good John but beware it's the nose our nacelles can give fits.

So a young Ladd as we called him at work mentioned how he liked to build a River Table and started showing me some videos to which I said ".I know of them".I mentioned that I have a piece of Cedar sitting in the shop for ten years now just waiting for an opportunity and for him to come by and look at it.The ladd(Cam) liked the board and so it began I gifted the board and the rest was on him.Cam built the boxes bought $300 dollars of mix/tools and this is where we are at.I visited one of our local lumber yard/Mill to see about planing down the boards seeing I only have a 13" planer he sent me back home to remove the excess epoxy on the bottom so I went an bought a Bauer 3 1/2" electric planer and cordless(I say Bauer is right up there with Makiata in some regards). What you see on the floor thus far is about 1 1/2hrs of work and I am not done one board left the worse one.The black River Cam chose is iridescent in nature just does not show up well yet.The pieces once planed will get a fine sanding and polish and then and oil he has selected is applied. The ladd is going with metal legs ATTM and asked about a local welder I mentioned Mr.Balius if he is still working it.

Not exactly the desk but close by the Scharnhorst in her case still need to frame out the case probably start that tomorrow if the weather goes south for the reassembly of the 8.8" Ford rear end. -
Still dusty some but it's been three years I bet since I have dusted in that case. The rod that prop open all the canopies and the hatch are brass tube with guitar wire through the middle. On another forum for judging for GB these six shots was mandatory for judging.

Well that was quick Mark over at HobbyNuts got back with me by email within the hour ends up I ordered some stuff not in stock so the order was on hold of course the B-25J kit is on BO 2/3weeks.I will proceed with the Kits World set. I think Guy has the right idea once closed 85% is hidden I just do not have any AM 1/48 belts for the pilot seats then maybe if I look a little harder.....?
