  3. I appreciate the interest and all this is only my second PCM to build the G/55 was the last one I did.I just about have the sidewalls completed paint-wise some by the instructions for color switches and stuff will let's say fantasy some what?I started doing a little test fitting the firewall behind the pilot seat has a decent incline molded into it looked to much it was.I taped the fuselage together put the firewall in with it aligning with the headrest(trim).I then after some determination changed that angle and tack the floor in place.I also wanted to check clearance between the floor and upper part of the radiator built into the lower wing looks good thus far.It looks like the copit can be assembled as per instruction as a module and slide in place...fingers crossed.Hey guys on the floor board right side does that look like a fuel line?I usually do not get this descriptive but since some have it the stash what heads I can give I will do it .

  5. I have three large Oaks in the back yard one has to be 150+ years old about 8' in diameter but that there is my sanctuary. The Wife and I have a couple nice chairs and a table I made out of Sapele and Philippine Mahogany lots of birds and other animals God's gift to me.The other thing is to go wade fishing early in the morning just not that much this year ...work.I have to say though that water around the legs and waist calm seas and a sunrise are made to order for sanity even if no fish happen.

  7. Today was wild so Many Cars unreal. The video is from one of the guys at work but it's Jimmy Johnson's road racer that he won the Pocono Race with and you are hearing the Hendrick Engine. The car idles @3000rpm and jerks like a MF all it wants to do is run he barely gave it the gas at the turn it started sliding and moving out. 19171522_VID_20221004_1101137262.mp4

  17. This is becoming one of the biggest events for antique cars in the USA.The event plays out much like a week long Mardi Gras parade would now today is day one of the event this year and they were hoping to get 10K per-registered much less those that just show up!The roads and sides of the streets are still bare some but by Tuesday it will be full. The pics I have tonight is just to convey the atmosphere of the event I also have the local sponsors website. Welcome to America’s Largest Block Party. Cruisin’ The Coast® began in 1996 as a festival to celebrate antique, classic and hot rod vehicles, nostalgic music and related events. 374 vehicles registered that first year and in 2017 we had 8,308 registered vehicles. Car enthusiasts from 40 states plus Canada, Germany and Puerto Rico arrive on the Mississippi Gulf Coast once a year to showcase their rides and to cruise our beautiful 30-mile stretch of beach-side highway with designated stops in Bay St. Louis, Biloxi, D’Iberville, Gulfport, Pass Christian, Ocean Springs and Pascagoula. Each venue is set up as a mini festival with a stage for live bands, reserved parking for registered cruisers, spectator parking, and vendors for food and event merchandise. Registered cruisers will receive an ID card in their registration packets to exhibit all week in their car’s front window; this ID allows entry into the venues where reserved parking is available. A program with maps will also be part of the registration packet so cruisers can plan their individual schedules as this is an open cruise – events are scheduled and you decide which ones you are interested in attending. Our week long event includes cruise-ins, a Salute To Our Veterans event, car auction, swap meet, car corral, and a parade. Spectators are welcome and will find that our cruisers love to talk “old cars.” https://cruisinthecoast.com/
  18. I do not know about the carriers but the still looks possibly a Heavy Cruiser with the short SS and I see atleast two guns up front. It's the five turret set up Mogami class https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mogami-class_cruiser

  22. You got to multi-task Peter multi-task!!😄
  23. This one is finished and ready for the show.I went a very light rust for a ship probably could of gone lighter seeing I did nothing with the deck area but it was to be a clean build but once men hit the decks that changed. FYI when I over did the rust I used those rubber brushes to remove it it worked frigg'in excellent!!
  24. When I built Trumps "American Beauty" engine fit sucked(scraped) I left out the gunbays and boy talk about a build almost nill of filler life became easy.
