Thank you Gentlemen, the Lancia is starting to get the wanted looks. I made lots of corrections with a brush and Tamiya gloss black to the lining and then flat coated the vehicle with my trusty mix of two third Pledge and one third Tamiya flat base. This tied the camo together somehow and removed 99% of the markers gloss.

I also airbrushed the wheel hubs, wire cutters and other clutter for the final assembly.

Cheers Rob

Neat result Rob. Such an interesting subject as well.

I quickly slapped together BTR -70 from Trumpeter. It’s a local hobby store sponsored group build where every participant gets a picture of the real thing and suppose get at close as desired.
I got Ukrainian BTR captured by commies in a pixel camo.
let the fun begin. :)

Model looks great.  I like that metal barrel.  But surely a manicure is in order. 😁

Nice builds there. Is that 109 with the cowl open the new ZM one?

That's a Hase with the Verlinden kit added probably built faster than the ZM with less headaches and cheaper.That was the days I enjoyed all that still do some but just to many kits unbuilt.;)

Well okay, maybe the engine to his plane. So far...

Thanks to the staff here at LSM, I'm currently working on the new ZM 109. I've done an inbox review already and am working on a build review of the kit. It's posted in the Review section on the main page .

It’s a 1/72 scale Trumpeter BTR-80 with resin wheels and metal barrel

there will be more mud and grime as it is going to be placed on a small vignette, consisting soviet “ the truth” magazine and a black cat  🐈‍⬛
