As usual, Fur wanted pets as soon as she saw me at the bench. Which is a bit of a challenge when you're airbrushing. Sigh...

At least she didn't contribute to the paint job.

Surprisingly no.

I cannot paint anything now without getting a stray cat hair or two somewhere on the model.  🥴

One nice thing about having a cat in your lap when I'm at the bench. She acts as a catch-all for parts I drop. Makes it easier to find them than searching on the floor.

The 1/500 version of the title ship Yamato has a limited edition PE set for it. Just a few railings thankfully.

After a long layoff I'm back at the bench, my eyes are now back to normal so I can plod on with my PCM Re 2005.

All ready for some paint.

Out with the Grigio Azzuro Chiaro, in this case Xtracolor X134 FS16307, I'm a bit out of practice so I did not mix enough paint so I will have to do the undercarriage doors later.
