alpinestar
Well here she is. After just over a year (!) the Mossie is finally done. A brief introduction: DeHavilland Mosquito FB.Mk.VI, HR118, W-3, of 235 Squadron. She was based at RAF Portreath, Cornwall, England, June 1944 and carried out anti-shipping patrols during the D-Day landings. Finished in Special Coastal Duties Scheme A, with a full set of AEAF (D-Day) Bands. Its been a long old haul getting to this point, but ultimately very enjoyable! Thank you to everyone for the support and kind words throughout this build, very much appreciated. Chris.
