  1. Awesome PE-work Gary! The looking for the itty-bitty-parts on the carpet paid off 😉. Can’t wait for the next update!
  2. Thank you for your feedback! I didn’t have much time for the bench last week because I was at a model fair. Have only painted and weathered the main gear wheel wells:
  3. Great progress Mark! You’re coming closer to the end. This will be awesome when finished!
  4. Thank you for your feedback Kevin! Much appreciated!
  5. Copy GusMac, Peter. Looks absolutely sharp!
  6. Thank you Gary! The set is easy to use and self-explanatory. Should be no problem at all for you to use it. You only have to find ways for the cables and a place for the circuit board.
  7. Thank you Craig. You seem to like challenges when you’ve done your own for your B-17. And for sure with your skills you will find a solution for the power-supply. Mine has included a battery-pack for 4 AA-cells.
  8. Thank you Mark! I have the ECR already in my stash. It has interesting tiger-meet markings included. Will be a good choice to get one.
  9. Great work, Peter and it’s good to have you back to the bench! I‘m curious to see the next update!
  10. Thank you for your feedback Peter! This weekend I will continue because I have time to spend at the workbench.
  11. Great to see that both of you are back here! Hope that you both are healthy again!
  12. Great to see you back on the bench, Gary! These figures look really nice as does your surgery on one of them. Can‘t wait to see your progress!
  13. Great to see your progress, Mark! Please go on and finish her! 😉
  14. I was able to make some progress today: I completed the wings. Slats and Flaps will be shown extended. Flaps are only attached with tape to protect the protruding parts of the wings from breaking off again (which some of them already did during assembly…). I also completed the tailerons and attached the position-lights to the intakes. I grinded cable-channels to hide them as far as possible. The red and blue color will be added to them later. Last thing I did today was adding 60 (!) gramms of weight to the nose as shown in the instructions. Next will be the main landing gear.
  15. Thank you all for your feedback. You are right Rob. It’s a demanding task and I hope that it will pay off in the end.
  16. Great start on the tank and the base Gary. I will follow this one closely!
  17. Very nice looking Scimitar, Kev! The detailed painting of the uniforms is awesome!
