  1. Looks awesome like the other side, Mark!
  2. Thank you all for your feedback! I hope to get some bench-time today to continue with the rest of the lights and start with the main landing gear.
  3. That’s not good to hear Mark. Your Viggen and it’s camo look awesome and you should finish it and show us pictures of it here.
  4. Any news regarding this build Mark? Can‘t wait to see an update!
  5. Great work on the Ferrari, Mark! What about the progress on your Viggen? I‘m curious to see it!
  6. Hello again! After a pause I’m back at the bench and have an update of my progress on the build. I closed the fuselage and installed more of the lights to the various components: Tail-light installation Wingtip position light wing-halves not glued together Beacon under forward fuselage Tail-light and beacon on upper fuselage in action. RAF beacons are white (and not red like on GAF Tornados). Next will be the position lights on the intakes and then I move on to the main landing gear. Update to follow soon…
  7. X2, and same vote like Peter: blades extended!
  8. Great work on Niki Laudas Ferrari Peter! I build this when I was a boy and this is my favorite Tamiya 1/12 F1-Racecar. So please reserve a seat for me in the first row to follow your build.
  9. I’m very sorry for you Harv! And I hope that you recover soon and will then be back on the bench.
  10. Great result and a stunning looking diorama Gary!
  11. Looks very nice Alberto. Great work with the decals! One thing regarding the taxi-lights on the front landing gear: it is not installed on Israeli Mirage III CJs.
  12. Stunning work Oliver! Like on your Wessex helicopter.
  13. Great progress Carl. The woodgrain of the desk is amazing! Will you add the yellow circle 🟡 to the front and back of the headrest?
  14. The interior looks spot on Peter! Excellent work!
  15. I don’t think you need a wash for the panellines Kevin. The Bare Metal finish looks great! I won’t apply a wash for the panellines. But that’s only my personal gusto.
  16. Thank you all for your feedback. I was grounded by Corona in the last 2 weeks but now I’m fine again. Thanks for the tipp with the Molotow-pens Rob. I already have them and up to now only used them for smaller hydraulic actuators. But I will try them when assembling the main gear.
  17. That looks great Peter! Really nice progress! It will be a sharp looking racecar in the end!
  18. Thank you both for your feedback. Today I managed to complete the front wheelbay including the weathering of the front landing gear. Weathering was done with oil colors as usual. Final assembly started… Cable guiding out of and under the bay. Cables glued to the bay with Bondic glue. Final test: Taxilight still working 🥲! The complete assembly will receive a coat of flat varnish next and the I can start to assemble the complete nose section.
  19. For me the placing of the figures looks quite realistic Gary. The soldiers walked as close as possible to the tank because of shelter and small roads.
  20. Great work on the figures Gary. This will be an impressive diorama in the end!
