The zimmerit is a pure joy. The registration to the kit is perfect so far. I bought some Gorilla gel cyno which is great for spot fixing. Very impressed so far with Eduard. The gel also comes in small tubes with screw cap, ideal size because how many bottles of cyno have we all ditched because they go off.

Thanks Rob, there are 5 parts to that one fender and three folds (underneath). going to build it all up first and then add the distressing. I think this project is going to be PE heavy compared with the spruce count. Also I have read three sets of instructions, Tamiya, Zimmerit and the Eduard fenders etc. Enjoying it......

More PE and the cutting of various items off the stock kit, my eyes are going to be shot after this one. Twelve months ago I’d wouldn’t have dreamed of taking this on........

I remember that, wasn’t someone who’d past away and the family were selling it off. Pretty much all vintage as I remember......

The instructions sound familiar add Dragon and Tristar to the list, ironically the late Tiger I’m doing is Tamiya, man what a breeze after Dragon etc........

It’ll look great when you fuse everything together, bizarre that the dimensions don’t match.......
